"The rondos had more grease than I’ve ever experienced! I could barely eat one, my calzone was decent though my pepperoni was bunched in one corner the waitress was barley attentive to our table and we went without drinks, today was not the day for larosas."
"I don’t even know what to say about this experience no one in the front to greet you had to walk into the kitchen to ask to place an order.. no one in the restaurant and I was quoted at 15 minutes and it took 35 and also had to run around the restaurant to try to find an employee to see if my things were ready and the end product was absolutely terrible!!!!!"
"Food was great as always for a larosas. Space was great. The server was very nice. But every step of the service was SO slow. We waited 10 minutes at the table before anyone showed up. Drinks took a long time and we ordered water. The salads took 15 minutes and the food was over 30. Slowest late lunch I've ever had! We arrived at 2:15 and left at almost 3:30pm"
"Very disappointed first of all the pizzicato out Luke warm at best like it was sitting around a while. It took 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table to get our order and finally got our appetizers. Then another 20 minutes or so for the pizza to come out like it did. It was almost an act of God to get a manager to remake the pizza. Then they run out of tea another 15 minutes for that. Then had to flag down the waitress to get a box and the check. It's like no one cared about quality or customer service. Definitely was not worth the $30 that's for sure."
"This LaRosa's is located in the Jungle Jim's Eastgate area. We were quick to be seated. Drinks were taken and served quickly. The order was taken and delivered quickly. Everything had good flavor. The garlic bread was awesome. I would have given five stars. The only issue I had was with the lack of chicken in the "chicken" alfredo. There was chicken, just not much. I have had chicken nuggets with more chicken. Overall very good and I would go back if in the area."
