"Ordered my food at 8:30, went to get it at 8:40 when it was suppose to be ready. They told me they had 2 orders in front of it, cool. So by 9:30 they STILL didn’t have it ready, with 2 orders still in front of it so while I was waiting they informed me at that time they didn’t have the meat I ordered or the queso and refused to make anything else. These young kids are unprofessional and lazy but thought it was funny that I had been waiting that long for my food, for me to not get it."
"Absolute trash- ordered a chicken quesadilla on DoorDash, for $12.85- received a plain folded tortilla with a small amount of cheese, no chicken. I was only refunded $3.37 for this, completely unacceptable- avoid this location, will never order from here again"
"This is one of the busiest locations I have been to. The staff keep the line moving quickly and the food is very good. Update: 3/21/22 I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. Zero wait. I was checked out in about a minute. The staff was getting things done really fast today! 8/13/23 fast and fresh as always at this location! The rice was way too crunchy though. Crunchy chewy rice is unfortunately a recurring problem here."
"Second time we have been here and left without food. The first time it looked as though the beans had been out all day. Today we went at 330 only one person working the line and three people huddled around the register. They were unable to ring anyone out, the garbage was overflowing, dirty dishes stacked up high and food all over prep counter. Again we left without ordering. What had happened at this chipotle it used to b so clean and fast. Needless to say we will not b going back."
