"As I was sitting, waiting for my food which took a couple of minutes, I had to watch a teenage girl handle all the online orders and in-store customers. I observed a manager come out to the drink machine area with a clipboard, glance around for 10 seconds, and then walk into the back. I have also noticed him standing in the back, engrossed in his phone, while I was sitting down. This behavior is completely unacceptable for any manager. It's difficult to even tell that he works here due to his lack of proper work attire - a red sweatshirt and light blue jeans."
"I typically love this place, I've never had a bad sub from here. However, today was a different experience. The dining room was dirty, tabletops needed wiped down, and the floors needed swept. My sandwich was a soggy mess! I got the turkey bacon ranch and the turkey was ridiculously hot, none of it tasted fresh. Just disgusting."
"First time trying firehouse subs. I give one star because they refunded me. The entrance windows,counters and pop machine was dirty which should have been the first clue. The meat ball sub and kings Hawaiian sandwiches was cold. We were the only ones in the store so the sandwiches should have been hot. We took a bite of each and threw the whole meals away. Appetite ruined. Save your time and your stomach"
"We come here usually when we are in the area. We always get sandwiches to go. Sandwiches are made fresh and quickly. And we are on our way very quickly without delay. The staff is always friendly and courteous. We've never had a problem and they've never been out of any ingredients we've been there."
"This was my first order at this location and wasn't disappointed. I tried the hot specialty New Yorker for the first time and it was very good. The Schar gluten free bread is great! I'm so glad they have Schar bread. I had the pastrami sub at another location. Now I want to try all the subs because so far they are very good. Update 10-10-23 The Philly cheesesteak is my new favorite. I get it with extra meat extra mayo and extra mustard. The Schar bread soaks up all the mouthwatering flavor!"
