"Food was so mid. Fish was tough and chewy in places and the chicken is so small. You ask for sauce packets and you can't even get enough to put on your food."

"We arrived at 6:50pm was rushed through the menu , placed the order , asked for a large Pepsi , paid , went to get the drink , they had no Pepsi , our food was in the table before we sat down. No condiments were available, we had to ask for them which they threw them on the tray . We weren’t done eating and they were asking for the tray , which we weren’t done with . Very sad to spend hard earned money to be totally disrespected"

"I went through the drive-thru at Milford, OH and initially was given the wrong order. I was asked to pull forward and wait for the correct order. Waited 6-8 minutes while 5 customers behind me got served. I walked into the store. The front counter said they did not have my food and offered me a refund. I agreed to wait and finally said they had no fries or hush puppies. I took the incomplete orders. The front counter personnel were very rude!! Where is the franchise owner or management?"

"Today I was craving a good fish sandwich!! So I decided on along John Silvers!! I haven’t been here in years!! I was surprised at how wonderful it was!! It was hot! The fish had that wonderful crunch to it! And the young man manning the drive up window was kind and respectful!! It was a great experience’n I will definitely be back!!!"
