"This is by far the best Steak & Shake I’ve ever been to !! The food is always hot, fresh, and good portion sizes. All the employees are friendly & pleasant. The kiosk ordering is a big time saver & makes it easy to customize your order if needed. I’m sure some probably don’t care for it, but I think it’s great !! Keep up the great work !!"
"They no longer have waitstaff. It's all automated, so there isn't much interaction. Those who spoke with us were very nice. The food was great, especially the Oreo Cookie Mint milkshake. I've always appreciated the fact that the food they serve here actually looks like what's pictured. But I miss the waitstaff. Now it has the feel of a cafeteria with good food."
"Menu has changed since pre-pandemic era. There are several steak burger options but only one type of chicken on the menu (chicken tender). Order is now made on the touch screen as you enter into the establishment. There isn’t any associate to take your order."
