"I had not been here in years. I had chicken strips. Fries. And loaded Mac and cheese. I was not impressed with the chicken fingers because they had little flavor but the loaded Mac n cheese was great. I will try something else next time. Server was great. I will give it another try."
"Ordered online and time was given. We arrived to pickup and waited 15 extra minutes. My husband went in and no one at the front desk. He came out to confirm when we ordered and the time it said would be ready. He went back and finally a manager came out. The manager said the online system should haven't given that time but we saw they wasn't busy. He offered appetizer which would have been more wait time and then just gave him a piece of pie. So what good is their online system if the pickup time isn't correct. That is a poor excuse when obviously they wasn't that busy. They didn't give us the usual utensils bread or butter. We live so close and order from this location more than others. Totally disappointed"
"One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, HANDS DOWN!!! The waitress, Kayla, was phenomenal. The food was EXACTLY as it appeared in the menu, no exaggeration! It tasted even better than it looked. The overall experience was so good I felt obligated to share it. Will most certainly be returning!"
"Our Lunch Bunch meets monthly. This month we went to O'Charley's in Milford. We had 10 guests. Caleb was our waiter. Caleb was so efficient. He remembered what each person had ordered. Returned later to ask if we needed anything extra. He made our experience very pleasant with a larger crowd that we had. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We asked to speak to the manager, Brendon, who immediately came to our table. We wanted to tell him what a great experience we had. In fact we always go to a different restaurant each month but we decided to return in March. We meet on Tuesdays which is too bad because we could have free pie on Wednesdays!"
"I wish this was a better experience. The supposed filet mignon was not. It was roast cut into a small piece. It also was not cooked to medium well. As you can see, that's rare. I tried to eat it but it was no good. Mushy meat. Gross. Won't be getting that if we come back. Potato skins were crispy and nearly burnt. It was only 9:30 on a Friday night. You think it would be better at that time."
