"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot believe how we were talked to by an old red head lady. They claim they never received our online order and offered absolutely NO resolution! She raised her voice when we're just asking what to do. Completely dismissed...it was VERY clear if wasn't THEIR problem...never again"
"Edit: I followed your link and contacted customer service (the robot pepper). No one ever reached out to me after. Again, customer service is awful for such a large business. Please, take some notes from how Chik Fil A handles it's customers bad experiences. I will remove this bad review if it is ever resolved, but I do not have high hopes. I guess you don't want your customers to tip you anymore? Arrived exactly on time at the drive thru window to pickup my order. Sat in the car with an infant and my wife for TEN MINUTES before we were greeted rudely by an employee who opened the window and was only able to mutter, "Name?". She then closed the window and we wait another THIRTEEN MINUTES before we were greeted again, this time with our food and no apology or recognition of being twenty five minutes late. We left a tip when we placed the order as we always do, but don't know if we will again. Thanks for the cold food and attitude. Customer service was shameful. Corporate customer service was no better and gave us a free drink for our troubles. What a joke."
"Spot on service, very clean bathrooms as well! The food was on point and everyone was very kind and helpful. Kiddo loved it too. Cassie was awesome and very sweet. Would recommend this place to alot of people. Thanks again."
"Stopped in today ordered three hard tacos the problem was fajitas was so salty l couldn't eat my meal. Whomever making fajitas please stop with the salt. Second they stopped serving al pastor because they keep running out of sauce. SMH. The crew was awesome no complaints everyone was very respectful."
"Each and every time we go through the chipotle lane , we get short handed and under served when it come to our food , I order double meats just so they might give me a regular portion . They still ,despite the extra money for double meat , gave me less than a regular amount. I ordered a burrito and it’s less than the size of my hand , and I have small hands . It’s frustrating , a waste of time and money , and outrageous ."
