"Sever told me all the food would be brought out at the same time, my order was not. Had to ask 3 separate times for my food to finally be brought to me. My margarita had a disgusting, old, lime in the picture. Not happy with this location. Do not recommend."

"as per previous reviews i tried to go to their website and submit my review via there but every single time it would not submit what i wrote and i cannot waste anymore time on this. i was super disappointed with my experience here starting last night at 11:25 when they ignored my call for five min, i hung up and call back at 11:30, someone then finally decided to answer to tell me the kitchen closed at 11:30. today i ordered still at 12:13pm which is busy lunch time. told its only going to be 15 min. cool. well not sure why they couldnt have made my to go order last night if it takes less than 15 min to prepare an order and they are open til 12:00midnight. so i get my food today, not sure how long it was done tbh cause the food was cold by the time i got home and i only live 7 min away. i called to place my order bc i specifically ask for extra wet boneless wings. she only took down wet on the ticket. i get home and as per my photos you can see, these boneless wings are barely even covered in sauce let alone extra wet. super disappointing i did not get what i ordered. i didnt even think to check the food before i left with it cause there is a hand written sticker on it with someones name wrote on it (sy) saying it was double checked. but this is not what i ordered as per the ticket and it clearly was not double checked by anyone and honestly i cant believe the kitchen would even serve these wings being so dry the way they are. def gonna always double check my food before i leave here cause they clearly dont care to"
