Frisch's Big Boy

"Went there today and had the best service I have had in a long time. The server was talking about how the seafood bar was really good and that if we liked seafood we should try it out. So we got it and it was so good so glad we listened to are server!"

"I have been coming to this Frisch’s for the pass 2 years ever since I moved to Milford, I figured I would have tried out their seafood bar tonight. This place was packed full, little of wait to get seated but that was only because there was no where to sit it was that full! A lady acknowledged us and kept us informed about seating and kept telling us we were not forgotten about. Once we were sat our server Becky was quick at getting our drinks and getting us started with our bar selection. As busy as they were you would think there would be confusion, but it was completely opposite it’s almost like they had their owns jobs and they all stayed on point, not to mention hearing the crew laughing and joking around with each and the customers to keep the environment fun. Another lady I assume was the manager because she was the only blue shirt in there is a little speed demon that lady was everywhere stocking bar sitting people helping the our waitress with getting drinks and refills, we seen her cashing people out and one point I swear I saw her in the window thing cooking food. Heck of a team player and great leader. The food was piping hot and kept coming. The seafood bar is the one thing frischs has that sets them apart from any other restaurant, and they executed it perfectly. My wife and I will be back next week for the bar again! Great Job crew! Keep it up"

"I love the Milford frisch’s it is by far my favorite location out of all of them! The customer service is outstanding! We are always greeted with smiles and feel welcomed immediately! Our favorite server Rozella takes care of us every time we come in and she is always on top of the new specials and always knows the best way to order! We look forward to our Frisch’s visits and bring family that come into town to this location every time because of the great service and servers!"

"Went to the drive thru and ordered a lemon pepper fish sandwich. Had to pull over and wait for it. Got back to the office less than 5 minutes away. Was very disappointed to find cold fish and it wasn't even the lemon pepper fish. Tried calling the store and there was no answer. I won't be back. I'll go to McDonald's for at least warm fish and won't have to wait anywhere near as long."

"My father and I went here for breakfast on Wednesday. They had the $9 breakfast buffet that day which is why we went. We ate a lot of good food. Our server asked if we would want pancakes or French toast, we said yes and they brought out fresh of those shortly after. I even got a nice salad as well. It was delicious and even my elderly father had probably 3 plates. Love the cubed potatoes with cheese and the cinnamon apples."
