KFC

"At first I didn't think anyone was working there. After 2 or 3 minutes I finally shouted out and when he came out of the back he told me there was a bell to ring for service. I wanted coleslaw and a small drink. His answer was, we don't have a small drink just med. and large. I didn't go there to have a philosophical debate about the language they use on their menu so I told him I wanted the smallest one he sold and ended up with the small coleslaw when I wanted the large or what ever they call the largest one they sell. I just wonder where they get these people."

"A recently hired manager threatened to call the police because I would not leave the druve thru window until Input my credit card away and back in my wallet and back into my paints. There was no cars waiting, but his drive thru clock was ticking. I complained to kfc and received a call from a KFC representative who listened to my complaint and said I would receive a $10.00::voucher. This was over 3 weeks ago. When texting this rep, he stated that the voucher was not coming from him but from KFC and that I was on a list to receive a voucher. No voices has been received from KFC since he stated this (over a week ago). I guess KFC doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. This rep only reply was that this manager needed more coaching. The manager was young, white, with a gap in his teeth. If he waits on you in the drive thru, beware. Also, I have since returned to this unit and noticed that the chicken breast I received by this manager, was the smallest one ai have ever received from KFC. In this manger’s threat to call the police, he also did not provide me with a credit card receipt."

"This is the absolute worst restaurant on beechmont. Brand new building and property. Looks great. But they do not ever have any chicken. Tried to order chicken at 6pm, 'manager' said he shut down the fryer. They shut down the fryer 4 hours early? KFC shut this location down. What a waste of space"

"I am so upset at the consistent bad service I am ready to take legal action. I usually don’t have time to come back to get my order corrected so I call in hopes that they’ll do better. It never changes. I spoke chase today because my chicken thigh was pink and bloody in the middle AGAIN. First he said I’ve had several credits issued which is a complete lie maybe he confused me with another customer, I call a lot to express dissatisfaction but I’ve only gotten one meal replaced and the replacement meal was still terrible. I’ve spent so much $ with this place but now I’ll have to drive 15 minutes to another store because this one can’t get it right. The management is very rude as if a person actually wants to continually call and complain l. I’ve never had an issue like this with a business. I am so angry! I visited the kfc in Florence yesterday and although they didn’t have original chicken they were polite and the crispy chicken was fresh and thoroughly cooked! I will continue to support kfc but this store needs to be stopped!"

"Employees were very nice,although they were very relaxed at their job. The whole place was a disaster, messy,down right disgusting. The men's room was so bad I about puked. The food on the other hand was cold, however the mashed potatoes were Luke warm. 1st. Time at this " new" location and it left an unforgiving impression for sure."
