"From the moment I walked in my experience was terrible. I was greeted by the cashier who was the manager, Tamera with a nasty attitude like I was inconveniencing her to be there. Every question I had was a sigh or eye roll, her attitude was truly shocking for being a front of house employee. After 20 minutes I was notified my order “didn’t go to the back” I got in trouble with work bc I went over on my break for an order that should’ve taken 15 minutes with an empty dining room."
"Love McAlisters but they seem to always run out of spuds when I go. Not an issue, food is good, and is a good place to sit and get some work done when any decent cafe anymore is jammed packed."
"I ordered the new buffalo chicken nachos. I got cold chicken, broken chips, and an ungodly amount of blue cheese. The entire plate was cold. The buffalo sauce was Italian dressing. Horrid experience. Would not recommend."
"I ordered the Reuben on gluten free bread. It's hard to beat a warm and tasty Reuben. The gluten free bread is very good. It's just white bread but you just can't have a Reuben without bread so I try to fine delis with gluten free bread options like McAlisters has. I'm very happy with my deli sandwich for lunch today! I'll be back for sure."
"Food came out nice and hot. It’s a nice place for a family. Seamed a little slower than usual but also seamed a little understaffed, probably due to employment crisis in the country. Overall had a good time."
