"My kid loves Big Boy and I've always liked it myself. I know a lot of folks say the quality has gone downhill and what not, but the last couple times I've brought my boy here its been spot on. Excellent service (thanks Steven!), food comes out hot and quick, and its always pretty good. I can't speak for other locations but the mainliner does it right. We probably eat here a couple times a month and will continue to do so. My only critique is the parking lot is a little dark, might want to fix those lights."
"Less than pleased with my strawberry shake that looked nothing like the picture in the menu. Salad bar was shut down at 8:00pm No coffee No topping for cheesecake besides cherry (yuck!)"
