"Almost always our number one go to Thai restaurant but tonight’s service was disappointing. I asked for no spice and husband asked for a 3, food was brought out with his being a 0 and mine a 3. Sent back after telling waitress he ordered a 3 and I ordered no spice. Food came back out and his was a bit spicer but rice was awful. So dry, tasted like it was microwaved rice. Mine was still messed up as they did a one for spice level. Drinks were also served lukewarm with 2 ice cubes. Disappointed to say the least as service has always been great here and of all the times we have came here have never had to send anything back. UPDATE 2/4/24 Providing an update as we did go back, hoping that we just encountered a one off situation. And I’m happy to report that the food was as delicious as it has been in the past and our waitress, Amber was amazing. Nick thank you for your thoughtful response! I didn’t see it until I came to update my review and it was very kind of you to offer to make it right if we came back. No need tho, as everything was great and we will be back!"
"Was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful food and service of Mango Tree! Came here for my college graduation with a party of eight. The mango pineapple curry and assorted sushi were delicious. Nice thick and creamy coconut milk, generous portions and hearty vegetables in the curry. I ordered a spice level 2 and it was decent! Thank you for making this dinner so special."
"Ordered the Pad See Ew and Fried Calamari. Staff were very nice, food came out quickly, enjoyed my eating experience here. - Pad See Ew tasted very good. - Fried Calamari the piece of calamari was very thick, hard to eat."
"Felt for our waiter, it was busy for a Sunday evening. Was super apologetic and the food was great. Loved his response when asking him if the tuna roll was “ground tuna” (which it’s not). His immediate response was disappointment in restaurants in the Cincy area that do so.. And said it’s disgusting lol Couldn’t agree more my man. I’ll be back the tuna roll was on point!"
"Very good food, and they had the perfect spice level for my pad Thai. They also had a really good apple sake. The sushi was well rolled and very tasty. The gyoza appetizer was a bit expensive, but they were still really good. Our table service was also superb."
