"I've lived near this Chipotle for around 15 years now and this is by far the worst service ever. It's been going downhill there for years now but holy cow. The person making my bowl didn't listen to a thing that was ordered and my bowl is extremely incomplete. The listening was terrible and the lady clearly didn't care what she put in the bowls. Don't go here if you can help it."
"This location does the same song and dance every time. You order online, the app tells you that your food is ready and on the shelf, but when you arrive, it seems like neither is true. You stand off to the side for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge your existence, And then they give you attitude when you check on your order even though the app states that it’s been ready for quite some time. I don’t understand the chemistry at this location, but unfortunately, it’s the only one in the area."
"I want to make it very clear that I love the front line workers here; they’re all very kind and communicative. However, I have a serious issue with the fact that while I was ordering I could hear an older male manager yelling and verbally harassing a coworker because of a scheduling issue. There is no circumstance where that is at all appropriate for a manager and they should not hold that position if that is how they treat their employees. I cannot support these individuals while they are in charge, but I want to make it very clear everyone else is wonderful."
