"I just wanted to give a quick shout to an under appreciated local restaurant dealing with challenges, I'm sure. Ordered takeout online tonight for our family of 4. Dinner was ready upon our arrival at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night. Place almost empty but associate that helped me was very pleasant and I appreciated her thoroughly checking our order before bringing out to me. Once home, everything was prepared well and included exactly what we ordered in the manner requested (e.g. 'crispy' hash browns). Made for a nice, easy family meal. Our thanks to all!"
"We eat here on a regular basis..... However this past visit was a little bit different..... The store seemed a little bit in disarray. But the service was still great and the food was still on par. I'm not a big fan of IHOP but I go because my best friend loves the pancakes. I just think they're regular pancakes. I recommend the mushroom and spinach omelette! They did raise their prices lately, however."
"I don't know what was going on here but I'm never coming here again. They had a line out the door and less than half of the tables were being used. The floor doesn't look like it has been swept in days and it was at least 10 minutes before a staff member even acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything."
"The exterior of the building/property is in need of maintenance. I googled to be sure they were, in fact, open due to the state of the exterior. It gave me very low expectations for inside. The inside looked clean enough, although the entry/lobby was in need of vacuuming. The food was fine, what I'd expect from IHOP. But our waitress was great, friendly, and very helpful!"
