Arguing with me over extra ketchup, telling me It’s in the bag so I had to dump out my bag in front of them to show them that they did not put any ketchup in there just so I could get two ketchup packets. Save your self the headache"
"I'm far from a regular, but when I do go the food is always hot and fresh and they always get my complicated order correct. They aren't always the fastest game in town, but I'll trade it for the quality and accuracy every time. And they are always faster than Chick-fil-A :)"

"This location has a few good employees, but usually misses the mark with order accuracy. My Big Mac, ordered without pickles, is shown here with pickles. I'd also hoped that my food would be fresher, but wasn't. Fries were good, but burger wasn't hot, and just tasted like it had been sitting. Just a whatever they're in the mood to give you, kinda vibe. Also, great that they bring you food, but they never bring your cup. I always have to go back, and grab someone's attention for my drink... Is it that hard to assume, if I've ordered a meal, That I'm going to want a drink? This can't ever be checked before delivery?"
