"Our server was working so hard to handle multiple tables. She is very kind but definitely overwhelmed from a rush. Another reason she was likely overwhelmed was the Manager, assistant manager, cooks, drive thru staff were all standing around watching her. If you want quick service, look elsewhere."
"I have visited many Skyline Chili locations and most are highly recommended. Unfortunately at this location the food arrived on the table cold, cheese fully melted, small quantities, and lacking flavor. I will not be back."
"Rowan was the sweetest waiter we ever had. If you looking for a manager, definitely consider him. Very respectful young guy. He checked on us several times and always had a smile on his face. Did not give an attitude which many waiters give. We are from Buffalo but we might visit this place again because of the amazing service."
"Service has gone downhill. Last two times I’ve come in it hasn’t been that busy but 2 waitresses just couldn’t cut it. Attended to busy work before customers, seem to have no idea how to be efficient, etc. Make sure you bring cash so when it takes forever for them to figure out how to print your bill, you can just leave some cash and walk out."
"The customer service was exceptional. We were visiting from out of town but having previously lived in this area before we were excited to eat some Skyline again (it had been about 10 years). It was really delicious and the service was great!!"
