"Breakfast was hot. The service was good. The cashier can be a little more pleasant. Certain customers she deals with are kind of dry and sweet. Depending on who you are. Overall, it is busy, so I get it. I deal with customer service every day. Treat all your customers with the same energy. At the end of the day, customer service goes a long way."

"So depending on what time of day it is and what staff is on definitely affects the customer. I'll let you know that I've I've been here tons of times cuz it's right by my house. Sometimes the food's good sometimes. Sometimes there's missing. Every time I go the flurry machine isn't working. I've been there at a wide range of times always. They really need to get rid of some of their staff. They really need to get rid of some of their stuff and definitely retrain. Customer service is key. Training people to be polite would be what I would put at the top of that list."
