"I was in neighborhood and when into restaurant to place carryout order. The restaurant has a very high customer carryout part of business. My dinner order was ready in about 10 minutes. Excellent side salad ingredients and delicious honey barbecue wings mild. The meal also includes celery and choice of dressing."
"They messed up my sandwich and had to remake it so I had to watch my friend eat. They said in 10 min, it was 30 min. The appetizer took 30 min to get. The brownie did too and it wasn't warmed up. Couldn't get refills. The waitress was nice and I believe she was doing her best. She just kept forgetting. The brownie tasted old and stale, the ice cream had freezer burn. I wish they had just told me that they were out of the brownie sundae. The table wasn't clean when we were seated. The restaurant was NOT full or busy. They also charged our credit card twice."
"We've been coming here for 7 years. They've had 8 managers. Early on we became acquainted with dozens of staff members who usually last about 6 months at best. Corporate keeps changing the menu ( removed chicken tenders, e.g.). The items that remain have consistent good quality. They can't retain help so they're often short. Sometimes you'll wait a bit at the front. Please bring your patience, be nice, and tip 20% for those that are here. Use the app and get $10 off every so often. Restaurants are not easy in 2023."
"I was convinced to meet some friends at this location after swearing to never ever again enter a Wings and Rings. After some dark experiences at other locations Oakley has restored my faith in this restaurant chain. Great service while I was there, food was great and beer was cold. Extra thanks for the manager to stop by and check on our larger group and make sure we were happy!"
"Went in for lunch and had a great southwestern salad and my husband loved his salmon Cobb salad. Our server, Brittany, was super. She was attentive and seemed to read my mind when I needed another soda. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The manager came over to talk to us and was very friendly. He wanted to make sure we were happy with our meal. I will stop in whenever I'm in Oakley and would recommend this restaurant to everyone."
