"Purchased a Garden Salad for $5.00, @ the Covington Madison Ave. location and the salad barely covers the bottom. The Owner refused to credit the money and said to take it back to the Newport, KY. Store and hung up the phone. The chili is watered down, I understand covid times are here, but that is a half salad, nothing more."
"The staff seemed shorthanded, but that did not stop them from exercising great customer service, hustle, and charm to keep things flowing and a no waiting experience. This location was impeccably clean on our visit, July 22 23, and we very much enjoyed this Cincinnati staple south of the border."
