"Soda went up in price to $1.89 for a large, decreased in content. Ordered a large with no ice. Got 1/8 of the drink empty. A good inch maybe inch and a half. .... smart soda machines don't do the whole job or a good job at that. Waited in line from 7:09 to 7:25, had to be back to work by 7:30. Soda cup also had Soda all over it. Attendant didn't even wipe the partially gone Soda cup before she handed it to me."
"Ordered in advance using the app, yet had to wait for 45 minutes. Cold sandwiches. I literally threw out half of the order. Never ever this location again. No McDonald's for me for the next year or so... or forever. I'm done. Never had such awful experience anywhere at any store."
"They messed up our entire order, and when we tried to tell them that we ordered large drinks instead of mediums. The lady working the drive through became belligerent with us, shoving the drinks into my hands and raising her voice. We didn't see that they missed half the order until we drove away because of her hostility. Easily the rudest exchange I have ever had with any food retail worker. Corporate will be called."
"Excellent work and much appreciated the customer service from the 2 people working. Give these people more credit, they're working a shortage and providing you food with a mile long line... SO WE HAD A Late night stop... thankful this location is 24 hours, the one in Bellevue closed suddenly for the evening. Food was made correct and it was hot. Did wait a long time due to door dash and drive thru limits. We thank you again for your service!! ❤️"
