"I've waited an hour and a half for my single pizza. I tried calling multiple times and I get sent to Voicemail. When I called customer service they just told me that they couldn't do anything and sent me to the stores Voicemail. I haven't been able to contact anyone at the store about a refund and canceling my order. This is ridiculous"
"Tried picking up an Uber eats order and the worker told me sorry that it’s not ready and then said that he is “drunk and high”. Waited 20 minutes and it still wasn’t ready so I left. Order was just one pizza so definitely shouldn’t have taken that long. Management was screaming at employees in front of customers as well."
"I placed an Order online that never came. 2 hours later I went to the store to pick it up and I was promised to refund that never came. Management is non existing. No one answes the phone. I will never order from them again."
"I come in planning paying for an order with cash and card. I seperate the change by type and $1. While this is going on, the employee just stands and watches me. When I'm done she then refuses to take the cash as she sees that I have a card I can use instead. Seeing as I go to this Pizza Hut fairly often, and the room is full of customers, I try very hard to not loose my temper, as I did not want to put it all on the card. She should have said SOMETHING when I started to put the change out, not after. Though, there's no excuse to not do her job in the first place..."
