"I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with extra mayonnaise and they had these chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were perfect or hot and fresh but the quarter pounder however was not very good the meat Patty seemed like it was torn in three different pieces and it kept falling out of the sandwich. Also tasted like it's been sitting around for a while. I would have taken it back but I got it to go and by the time I was eating it I was too far away to waste time going back."
"Certain people work they tell door dashers they are closed knowing damn well I come on daily and know they are open at 540 am in the drive thru have no issues no other times it is 24/ hours stop making door dashers waste gas(money)when our order is right there"
"Listen, it’s clear they are trying and don’t have enough staff. Seems like it comes down to training. I’m sure the skill levels on the grill and expediting wavers week to week. Just writing a review that’s open and honest."
"I have been to hundreds of McDonald’s, today this location stands out in an exceptional way. The setting- Outside: drive thru slammed, cars wrapped around the building. Inside: customers lined up to both doors, slammed. The staff: calm, cool, collected, and FRIENDLY. My order experience was excellent, prepared fast and with better quality than I’ve experienced elsewhere. As I enjoyed my meal I marveled at customers waiting in line talking kindly to each other. I’m convinced Big Kesha is the best McDonald’s employee I’ve ever encountered. She was pleasant and professional and made everyone smile. The dining area was clean, soda area was stocked and clean, and generally the other customers were happy with their experiences to. I’m F’n blown away. I’ve never seen anything like it. I can’t wait to come again."
