"I order a large sweet and there was no sugar at all. The cheese sticks were perfect but the fries were thrown out."

Sometimes the machine doesn't hear you very well, and today it got confused and tacked on an extra drink to my order I didn't need. Had I been talking to a person, they could have corrected that issue for me before I'm paying extra for something I don't need."
"Reading road Cincinnati Ohio I will never do service with them. Apparently during shift change, they do not cook or take orders and are rude when you go to the window to speak to them. Was trying to pick up an order and place one for myself. There was another guy trying to pick up an order who was also denied."
