About the Business

Incline Public House

Located at 2601 West 8th Street in Cincinnati, Ohio, the Incline Public House is a unique institution that pays homage to the historic Cincinnati inclines that once traveled to Price Hill. The restaurant is situated on the same spot where the Price Hill House, a popular restaurant in the 1800s, once stood.

At Incline Public House, guests can enjoy scratch-made dishes prepared in-house, with a focus on gourmet sandwiches, pizzas, and salads cooked in a brick oven or smoker. The dining room offers stunning panoramic views of the Ohio River and Downtown Cincinnati, while the spacious deck provides seating for up to 60 people, offering the best views the city has to offer.

The bar at Incline Public House features a selection of craft beers on tap and in bottles, with an emphasis on local breweries. Guests can also enjoy fresh squeezed juices, updated cocktails, and a thoughtful wine list. Whether you're looking for a delicious meal or a refreshing drink with a view, Incline Public House has something for everyone.

"Everyone here was really nice, from the hostess to the bartender to our server. Good beer selection, the food was top notch (the short-rib grilled cheese was delicious, the salads were really fresh and very good, and the truffle tots were amazing!), and the view was fantastic! Couldn't recommend this place more!!"

"This is a Cincinnati favorite spot! Love the view and the food was great! We had a long wait because we had a large party and they do not take reservations but staff were friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended checking this restuarants out!"

"Three of us stopped in around 8pm on a Saturday night. We were seated right away, the place was bustling and vibrant. The daily special were the brisket tacos. Here, they are served on crispy tacos shells with a little bit of Cole slaw, a bit of brisket meat, some crispy fried onion drizzled with honey bbq sauce. Nothing to write home about and certainly not worth $15. The fig and prosciutto pizza however, was delicious! All those wonderful flavors worked so well together. Service was very attentive and friendly. Overall a pretty nice experience and we are looking forward to coming back for a second visit soon!"

"Great service, good food, fair prices, and a nice view! Our server gave great recommendations and was very attentive. Food was very good. We got the poutine appetizer, the short rib grilled cheese (with fried onions), and the mahi tacos. We enjoyed all of it! The fries were thin and crispy. Tacos were very good but a bit spicy (~6/10 spice level), so be prepared for that. If you get the tacos, I'd sub fries instead of the rice. The rice was fine, just a bit plain. The cookie dessert was a bit cakey but tasted good and a fair price."
