"This place was amazing about 10 years ago. Now, under whatever current ownership, it's a travesty. The outside garbage can overflows onto the sidewalk, the inside is filthy, the stainless looks like it hasn't been wiped down or actually cleaned in a long time. The floor is stickier than a 1990s movie theater , the tables are disgusting. It's a pretty bad image for penn station. GO TO COLERAIN."

"Most Penn Stations have a standard but the College Hill location is Trashed. Hopefully the manager/ owner of the Hamilton Ave College Hill location sends someone soon to sanitize the location & freshen that nasty gas grade bathroom. AND SANITIZE THAT BATHROOM while your at it! The windows, inside & out had the fingerprint filth of "Forever" built up! The Insides Floors & bathrooms were entirely slippery & grimy along crevices was disgusting. Customer service was below adequate. My chicken artichoke sandwich had so many hard stems inside I thought it was intentional. *This was by far My worst experience at ANY Penn Station ever. I hope this isn't an attack on any other Penn businesses. BUT DO BETTER"

"Waited 30 mins for my order... Then was told that my order was done ten minutes prior but nobody came when they called my name. But I was sitting right in front of where they handed the food out and nobody ever called my name. I think they might have just called the wrong name. But everybody swore that the whole store called out my name and unison at the same time when the food was up. And they pulled my food off the top of some equipment. I just recommend going to another location, stuff like this is habitually done at this location."

"Zero regard for health and safety during a global pandemic. One employee handling food wore his mask on his chin with nose and mouth fully exposed, and couldn't even properly wrap a sandwich. My online order wasn't ready when I arrived at suggested time of 30 minutes later. After waiting almost 10 minutes for fries to be ready, I had seen enough and asked for a refund. Never again..."
