"Just picked up a pizza and it both looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the heater. It wasn't even hot, the cheese was cold and stiff. When I called the lady told me she's been making them all day and it hadn't been sitting. I said okay. She right away said bye and hung up. I wasn't looking for a free pizza or anything but how about acknowledgement and I'm sorry you experienced this and offer a remake. From this experience alone I will never ever purchase food from Finneytown Donatos ever again."
"Got a big Don Italian sub. Extra cheese and Extra ham just like I always do. I haven't had one in a long time and they are my absolute favorite. I never expect very much when ordering extra anything because I know it's hard these days to please everyone. But this time was a bit different. I paid extra for the meat and cheese but the extra meat just wasn't there. It's 2:30 pm at the Finnytown location and you guys just ruined my day. Oh yea almost forgot! That big fat Lettuce log was kinda funny."
"I placed a scheduled delivery order (around 12 PM) for 5:45 PM. 6:05 rolls around and it’s not present. I call and they say they’re waiting for a DoorDash driver… so that have even taken more time… I go to pick it up myself… I wait in line for 40 minutes while also seeing employees stand outside and talk in the phone… there was a car in front of me waiting and now one behind me.. and several in the actual parking lot waiting… I’m normally patient and understanding but this service was absolutely ridiculous and terrible. Would mot recommend. Then I get back home… and the wings barely were sauced. So disappointing smh"
"The food was fresh and hot. I was very disappointed in the hoagie. The bread had a good flavor, the meat was ok. I could barely see the cheese and mushroom sauce. It was mostly plain. The cheese pizza looked good. The individual create your own looked good too. The Asiago cheese bread was a bit burnt on the edges. I will give them another chance, but if it's not better, I doubt I'll be back."
"One of the worst restaurants in the area. Orders are consistently incorrect, it’s difficult to get any service at night even if you’re the only customer, and some employees often seem confused if you ask them for anything “out of the ordinary” such as extra dipping sauce. Also, only the drive thru is open at night and often times they’ll pass the pizza through the drive thru window slanted so that the pizza slides and becomes a mess (see pictures)."
