"Awful service! Awful management. I assume the man I complained to was a district manager, he had a tattoo on his left hand near his knuckles! I ordered 4 ice cream. (2 plain and 2 hot fudge sundaes with extra sauce). The young man who took my order made one of each and then disappeared! I waited 10 minutes and stopped another employee who made the other plain ice cream, left it on the back counter and left! She came back 3 minutes later made the hot fudge sundae without extra sauce and handed me the two sundaes. I asked for a refund for the extra hot fudge sauce and she put more fudge sauce on the one and walked away! I asked her back where I could get spoons. She handed me two and some napkins. I asked for two more spoons so every ice cream could have a spoon and she gave me. E more, turned around and went to back. A manager was sitting at a table with an employee, I approached him and asked him if he could help me get a spoon so each ice cream could have a spoon and told him about the awful service! He responded def with thank you and I went to the play area assuming he would bring me a spoon. No spoon ever came when he was finished he got up and left store. Unbelievable how poor service was and this isn’t the first time at this location. Horrible service 20 minutes total for ice cream should never happen"

"Finneytown McDonald’s Workers Ignoring Drive Through Customers 8:35pm 1/14/24. Finneytown McDonald’s on Winton Road is open but no one is answering to take orders. Waited for 15 minutes. Employees inside are talking and sitting on the counters. Saw a few others give up. Anyone else had this experience recently? UPDATE: They eventually answered and took my order after 25 minutes. Lots of angry customers driving around the building! I’ll definitely be passing along my complaints to corporate."

"So the usual drill, clerk over intercom... did you use the mobile app. Lol, me nope. Order was 15.86 handed the clerk 20.86 for change of $5. Easy right? Nope said I was missing a quarter, I thought "please" and let it go. Pulled to pick up window, where I'm directed to pull around to other side of building. The problem, seen it before, a customer stopped in the very lane I needed to use to make the bend. The other lane is to exit. I said to the clerk, "so I just go around him so he can pull forward and cause an accident?" The clerk had a glazed look as if they have no responsibility for keeping the traffic lanes open. I blew my horn and got around the guy... to get in the queue for pickup. And so any satisfying experience at McDonald's...."

"EDIT ::: 11/23 - update .. still about 4-4.9⭐.. just can't quite get to that 5er. Various reasons. - they RAN OUT OF KETCHUP !! how do y'all run out of ketchup. Run down to Kroger's or go over the Friendlys & grab some packets. There's a McDs 3 miles down the road , go swipe so w from them. & This is during lunch rush. - the ice machines were low on ice . - it's not the particular location , it's more of a corporate thing ( but no lemonade or something, just tea or pop ) - OTHER than that, food was better than usual. Fresh, hot, nice. - the play room was cleaned, I can tell bc the floor was still wet from mopping. bad for kids in kids, but better than a nasty sticky floor. - bathrooms were very clean & they were JAMMING some jazzy tunes. Id be happy to sit in there for awhile & jam to it. - I'll be back !!!!! I drove past 5 McDs closer to the city to come to come to this location, for obvious reasons . It didnt let me down !!! 2018 - Mmmmmm. I'm loving it. Even though it was closed I was able to order inside. very friendly"

"Stopped at Finneytown McDonald's before grandson football game. Wait time was 20 minutes. Short staff was explanation from manager. All customers behind us were recieving their foods, not us. Went inside for refund not pleasant. Customers try to understand if you are given heads up at the intercom before placing order. Common curiosity."
