"I ordered a sliced toasted bagel with butter, they put butter packs in the bag with no cutlery to apply the butter. Very inconvenient for someone making a quick stop on a long drive. I guess I'm eating a plain bagel!!"
"I absolutely love going to this location..The staff is so ontop of it! Drive thru pickup is always on point..the staff greets you on speaker and at window..I order from here at least 4x a week for my super charged lemonade or soup or whatever.. never disappointed! Thank you for great service!!"
"Paneras can be hit or miss. I’ve ordered warm bowls twice from this location and the rice was undercooked both times. And recently they handed me half a bagel at the drive through. So I’d say this isn’t one of the good Paneras."
"Took them a few minutes to get my food out which wasn’t a problem, but my sister lost half her sandwich when going to grab it and it fell all over the place. Mine was missing one of the ingredients listed in the item name??? Very disappointing to have spent $30 on two sandwich just for one to fall apart and the other to be missing part of what makes it what it is."
"I love the broccoli cheddar soup here. This time we ordered the "group soup" for the two of us. It looks small but its alot of soup. It came with 4 things of bread an it's super hot so be careful! We love soup so that was perfect size. The lemonade is so good too. For 99cents extra we got the pastry for dessert was bland but to each their own."
