"I was went up to White Castle in Northside yesterday afternoon in January 18 then they had locked both doors but they didn't specifically to put the sign on the glass window say drive-thru only. I understand that they busy with few different people in the back but they had let other customers know that they had go to drive-thru only so it won't be any miscommunications or conflict or unspecific situations. Till next time an never bothered to go back there ever again cause an honestly little bit frustrated & disappointed. I'm going to (Northside Fish & Chicken) place to have for lunch instead."
