"It's 10:48 p.m. I've been on hold for 15 mins and when I arrived at this location they were completely closed. You need to change your hours."
"this is "well done". they didn't skimp on the raw toppings though. like they were an afterthought. fell straight off. what I got was a premade old pizza (why so much cheese,and no sauce) with new toppings thrown on top. will never order or give my money to this store again. this is not the first time. heavy, greasy, weighed down pizza that went straight to the trash. nasty."
"Was my first time ordering from Marco’s pizza. Placed a pick up order via the phone for in store pick up. Lady who took my order was very knowledgeable friend patient and helpful in taking my order. Pick up was fast friendly and easy. The food was awesome"
"Ordering on line is not easy, but we ordered two pizzas for pick up ASAP. I headed to pick them up and arrived about 5. After a few minutes, Harley came to the register, asked for my name, and the pizzas were not only not available, but were never made. I paid for the order and when I asked for a receipt, Harley couldn't give me one, so she went around the metal rack and took a tag that showed the purchase price, but also showed "Not Paid". She never came back out again. I stood there, watching four employees (and a delivery driver) go about their business. Then, about 15 minutes later, I hear the curly haired boy announce that one of the pizzas came out, but that one of the pizzas was missing. I then hear Harley go on about how she forgot to make the pineapple and chicken pizza. No one came out to tell me there will be another delay and instead I hear Harley make light of the error. I ended up waiting 40 minutes after arriving for two pizzas. It was only when I asked for the person's name that the person behind the counter says their system crashed. Regardless, Harley did nothing customer service wise to make me see her as anything but a horrible employee."
"Only gave an extra star because the driver was nice, but the pizza looked awful. This is the 3rd time in a row, and they used to be awesome or I wouldn't have given more chances. There's better pizza."
