"The place was clean and peaceful. My wife and I came at the slowest time and the food was literally the best she had in the area in a long time. Absolutely fresh and yummy."

"TERRIBLE experience. Ordered online, and the cashier told me they got me order, but claimed not to have received payment from Google. I showed them my online receipt and the fact that my bank account had a charge to pay for the order. The cashier provided no help other than that I request a refund from the Clover service. I was very hungry and requested that the order be made, and that I would pay again and request a refund from Clover, as they did not make the food/I did not receive the meal until paying again. After paying again and waiting 30 minutes, I received old, reheated naan that was burnt, plain unseasoned rice that also tasted reheated, and the WORST chicken tikka masala I’ve ever had. The sauce simply wasn’t correct and the chicken was foul… Over cooked and rubbery. I would NOT order from this restaurant. The “good” reviews all appear to be from 4 years ago. I’m assuming by different management. Children were also running around all over without any supervision. Not a single other customer was seem during the 40 minutes I was there arguing/waiting for my food."

"I ordered chicken tikka masala, rice, and naan through the mobile app. Upon arrival, I was told that they didn’t receive payment and thus didn’t start making the food. I made the same order in person and was charged twice on my credit card. After waiting 30 minutes, my food was ready. The chicken was overcooked and rubbery, the sauce was sub-par, the naan was clearly old, and the rice was overcooked and unseasoned. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Adeep India in Clifton instead. I’ll never go anywhere else after this mishap."

"I called in to ask a question. The person who answered listened to the question and then asked, "why are you calling?". I asked if the restaurant name was correct and they said yes, so I asked to speak to a manager because this person clearly did not understand what I was asking. He person refused to give me to a manager saying, "why do you want a manager, I am speaking to you." I said, because I just went through my whole question, and it was clear he didn't understand what I was asking and wanted to speak with someone who could help me. He hung up. Guess I won't be going here for food..."

Parijaat is sure to satisfy the taste buds of anyone who enters the restaurant. Remember to be kind and respectful if asked to substitute a dish due to supply.
