"i had a mobil order. i pulled up to the window saying i had a mobil order waited in line for about 20 minutes for her to say they weren’t taking mobil orders bc they only have cash. i ask how i get my fund and she says through the app. i go through the app and its telling me i have to go back the store and now they aren’t answering their phone. i have yet to get my food or my refun. 0/10"
"McDonald’s just isn’t worth it anymore. The food quality is lacking and prices have skyrocketed. Way pay $10 for low quality when you can go elsewhere to get something way better for $0-$2 more?"
"I mobile order and come through the drive though here all the time. The staff is always super polite, the food is always great, and my order is always correct. It doesn't matter if it's 3pm or 3 am this is my favorite McDonald's. These people deserve a raise for all of their hard work and politeness."
