"I have only 1 gripe for all Wendy's as well as all other service window restaurants. The service from the employees lack concentration and tend to not complete an order correctly. Other employees in the kitchen prepare and dress a sandwiches. With lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle using tiny pieces and thin slices. Wow what a shortfall of portioning the garden. Managers attention these issues are costly complaints are compensated by replacement. Train your employees and don't be skimpy. Salads are hard dried cubes of chicken and once again skimpy amounts of lettuce in a small size dinner plate."
