"The spaghetti specials on Monday and Tuesday was really worth the money and filling."
"Our party of 8 was seated in the back room. The employees must use this room to put together pizza boxes. There was pizza boxes piled high on many tables. The employees rushed to try and clear them off of the tables. It was obvious that this establishment was not prepared for a party of 8. Slow service even though the restaurant was not packed. It took a long time to be served our ordered food. Food temperature was lukewarm."
"Please avoid this place. I love LaRosa’s but this one is terrible, from the food to the service. As someone who’s been a vegetarian their whole life I definitely did not expect for there to be meat in my pizza. I let management know and he said he didn’t see any meat in there, I showed it to him and he played it off and said “oh there’s one little piece of bacon in there”. Him and his staff laughed in my face and joked about it like it wasn’t serious. I told him I was a vegetarian and have been my whole life so I could not eat it. He agreed to make it over but didn’t apologize or anything. Then he told me I could get the vegan pizza if I was that serious about it. Never have I been so direspected at a restaurant. LaRosa’s in colerain does not care about dietary restrictions or allergies, and their customer service SUCKS. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location!"
