"Every time I go to this one Chipotle they are always out of pepper and onion chicken or something. It does matter what time of day it is or what day. When I say that I will go to the one a little farther then they seem to find the ingredients for my bowl. I go to this one because it's closer to my house. Something needs to be done about this situation. I am in the restaurant business and if someone comes into our establishment we would lose business. We are still for what we want even if it's not all that we order. Thank you, I really hope this helps the situation."
"I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle due to inaccurate portion sizes and unprofessional behavior from the manager. The refusal to provide the correct quantity left a negative impression, and the manager's yelling only escalated the situation, creating an unpleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, a regrettable visit that fell short of the expected customer service standards."
"Lawsuit coming soon. Due to the recklessness of your cooks. Not taking the bay leaves out of the brown rice. Making my bowl with it, a smaller piece. Got logged in my throat causing me to choke. Luckily someone in my house knew the Heimlich."
"I seriously don't know whats going on with this company. This the 2nd one I've tried in 2 days that has been problematic. This location was at Glenway Crossing. 1.) SLOW : I showed up 10 minutes AFTER my quoted time for pick up and they hadn't even started my order yet. 2.) They were out a MAIN topping, fajitas. I'm a vegetarian so that's a big deal. I don't eat the tofu mess so without fajitas my burrito is just rice guacamole (not even extra) and salsa. 3.) It was 2 managers were on the line. they PURPOSELY made my order WITHOUT fajitas. And wasnt gonna say a word. I was there so I caught them. Their excuse was they were out of fajitas all day and they had no time to make any. They blamed the general manager. Took no responsibility. That is lazy. That is trash. I ordered online. Because I had my kid and needed this to be fast. It was an extra 30 minutes. So they were slow making the order, they made it wrong, they refused to fix it and they refused to offer any alternatives. THESE WERE MANAGERS! Such a joke... im pretty done with Chipotle."
