"You just never know if you'll get a great meal or a meal you can't eat. So unpredictable here. Only upside is the service is better but the food is not."
"Placed a phone in order for multiple fish platters and salads. Went to pick it up and staff was extremely rude. There was absolutely no customers inside but there was employees outside on their cell phones. Asked for tartar sauce and was told they were out. Asked for extra ranch and was told there was more than enough. Even offered to pay for more. Got home and it was less than half of a small side dish container. The "loaded "fries weren't loaded....they were tossed in the same containers as the fish and they just put cheese and bacon bits over the whole thing. Whole order was over 50 dollars and wasn't worth a 20. We live by this location and it used to be great to eat at. We frequented it often. The quality of the staff has brought down the quality of the food and the experience and we won't be back. Hopefully the manager or owner can see this and make the proper changes or this restaurant will end up like every other restaurant on this exit. Desolate."

"I Called in a carry out order on way home from being on that side of town @ Bob Evans (Northbend and I-74 location) My Take order was just being brought out from the kitchen of Bob Evans. The employee was very polite and professional and most of all after getting home and opening my food I order it was as great as always has in the past. I Was very happy with my dinner that that I ordered that evening. Thank you Bob Evans."
