"There are 2 drive up speakers, I sat at the 2nd one for over 15 mins and no one ever took my order. People behind me was getting their orders taken before me. I feel like they forget they have 2 lines"

"Horrible experience waited 15 minutes at the second speaker while the first one got served three times before they finally took our order. Then they were super rude and short taking it along with saying “is that it” after ever single thing we said (only ordering for 4 plus extra nuggets) then after we finally finished they said pull forward very rudely. After we paid and got to the second window the lady didn’t say anything gave us the most cranky look while handing out our drinks and said pull forward (to the second pick up window) we sat there another 10 minutes and then of course after all that forgot something and when we went it to ask it was a whole other situation, very disappointed and disgusted with everyone there. And finally I understand playing music while you work but if it’s that inappropriate and it’s so loud you’re ignoring people that’s not okay! Fix yo stuff, please and thanks :)"

"Not sure what happened to this McDonald's but the decline in food quality, service and cleanliness. When you raise prices and the quality drops that says alot. Employees can't get the drink order right is a problem when that's the only thing you're ordering. Attempted to leave message regarding bad experiences but your voicemail is always full. It leads me to believe that you don't want to know. I have stopped going to this location for food the hair in my breakfast sandwich was too much."

"This location is the worst. I've visited this location 3 different times and each time customer service was the worst I ever experienced. First time I went, I never ordered because of how long it took for someone just too come take orders and left. Second time I ordered off the mobile app. It took if not longer than ordering in person. Third time I order off the mobile app again because apparently that's the only way too get customer service at this location. I ordered from a wrong location apparently and after I explained I was on my way too work and could not get too the other location, they wouldn't offer a refund or to just make the order, so I went too work without eating. If you love waiting in long lines, and wrong orders, this location is for you. New management should get the old management back. Never going here again"

"I ordered on the App. App did not communicate order could not be picked up inside. So upon arrival i had to get in drive thru line. Long story short ordered at 7:01pm received at second drive thru window at 7:56 pm. Hamburger overcooked. Fries underdone, limp soggy, and luke warm at best. Chicken nuggets room temperature at best. Was my food sitting on thecounter since 7:06pm without a way to stay warm? I get short staffed ok but i dont think its a great idea to prepare mobile pick up orders until check in at drive thru if drivethru the only option. At the last window i request salt ketchup and the receipt in the bag. After i took the food out i took a picture of inside of bag, no receipt no salt no ketchup and not even a napkin. Im not sure basedon this experience i helped the many behind me by moving out of lane without checking bag."
