"Expect the workers to be rude, food and utensils to be missing. And dare to ask for any sauces, receipt, napkins or a straw and they won’t speak to you. They don’t include the included utensils and if you ask they stop even helping you, if you can get someone to acknowledge you in the first place"
"The food was hot and fresh. Our drinks didn't taste right. So we asked if we could get a different flavor. The rude lady working looked at machine and said well you got cherry coke . It tasted diet or something. All we wanted was to get regular coke so she had to go ask a Co worker he came and looked out drive thru window and finally told her to go on and give us new drinks."
"The lady that took our order at the window was super nice and friendly. The food was delicious as always. My only complaint is that we need more White Castle's built in Dayton."
"Apparently you can’t do multiple orders for the same car even though last time they did take multiple orders and even allowed us to redeem different coupons on each of our phones but now are saying we can’t each make our own purchases in a single car,even when you close the lobby prior to 9pm on a given Night. Shame on y’all for this ridiculous and lazy rule. This is why I don’t care for this location."
