McDonald's

"McDonald's was absolutely divine when I was a child. Now that I am an adult McDonald's is very overrated. I went to the colerain and galbraith's location. The service was fine but the food itself I had a spicy chicken sandwich. I don't consider a sandwich with spicy sauce on the chicken, a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It was absolutely horrible in my eyes. I'm just being honest it had a sauce on there. It was spicy but the chicken itself was not spicy. I had never had it because I buy past McDonald's all the time. The only reason I stopped by here is because Wendy's system was down and I love their spicy chicken. It is amazing but again the staff took my order. The young lady was amazing. Very polite and kind but the food is itself. The product is not a great product but who am I? I'm just one out of a million!"

"If you read any reviews read this one. They put Mac sauce on my mcchicken, they have given me food that is hardly cooked, the food itself always tastes old. Don’t waste your money or time. The staff are nice who check you out but the food is just always awful. The fact that they knew they messed up my order but gave it to me anyway is embarrassing. They should be embarrassed."

"We come to this McDonald’s a lot! The drive thru is super fast and the order is most of the time correct. The food is always fresh and hot. The inside of the restaurant (when it’s open) is always neat and clean. The employees could definitely step it up on customer service… I feel like the am employees are more polite than the pm employees. It’s like, when you hand me my food- and I say thank you- SAY YOU’RE WELCOME! It’s really not that hard! Customer service keeps me from giving this McDonald’s 4 or 5 stars!"

"Pulled up to this McDonald's on Colerain Ave after my workout. I wondered, with it being about 10:00 am whether they were serving breakfast or lunch, and I hate shouting at drive through speakers, so I parked and went up to the door on the right side of the building. It was locked. No sign, no explanation. I see people driving around back, so I wonder, but I'm not in the mood for the drive through. I drive towards the entrance, but I see cars in the drive through line on the left side of the store, so I parked again, and went up to the left side door. Locked. No sign, no explanation. Granted, I could have driven back over and gotten my car into the drive through lane, but at this point I was not feeling welcome, plus, there was an exposed large electrical wire hanging from the roof right next to the drive through exit. I decided I was finished with this McDonald's. Now that I see their average rating is 2.8 on Google Reviews, I'm glad I didn't keep trying to be served or informed there."
