"Shame on you for supposedly losing our pizza order, when my tracking app said it was ready and picked up by someone other than us. The hubby and I showed up, and employees said that our order was lost. Never ever have we had this issue at this location!! Made us wait an extra 30mins until they remade our order. This is very bad business and customer service!!"

"Each and every time we order here, the lady never once brings plates napkins, nothing! Hence why the drivers never receive a tip from us. Last experience was pretty bad, my jalapeño bites were almost raw.. UNACCEPTABLE! and the pizza was like soup when we asked for LIGHT sauce. It was so runny and all the toppings came right off. Sad because I loveee papa johns ! :( and to think they wouldn’t hire my friend as a driver (the best worker I know!!!) it’s going to hell sadly."
