McDonald's

"Went through the drive through on February 16th and orders some burgers and a medium fry. So got home my husband began eating the fries and apparently they were pulled up too soon because they literally tasted like they were still frozen. I called about it shocking someone answers the phone I tell them what happened and the lady I was talking to was very very rude. The employees that were in drive thru have no customer service skills at all. Very rude and disrespectful. Who ever owns this store you need to start putting your foot down on the employees"

"Horrible experience tonight 1/6/24 arrived at places mobile order at 10:19 arrived at 10:27 got food I let them know they didn’t give us our 3 large fries was told it would be one minute and forty seconds to pull to third window I sat there for 15 minutes still no fries tried calling knocking honking before finally pulling back through the drive thru and letting them know they said to pull around and they would fix it told them my other food was cold since it had been 25 minutes by the time I got back around had me again pull up to third window waited twenty more minutes the manager was super rude when I was trying to explain what happened then she throws the food at us and disappears without saying anything we get home the food is still missing and not right I didn’t go back through a third time . The manager has long fingernails longer than allowed by health department and she has an attitude problem. BEWARE she also took our food back from us and I know she gave us the same nuggets back because they were cold.which is a big NO per health regulations"

"Pulled into drive through at 8pm, sat in line for 20 minutes. Nobody ever took order or said anything. Went to go inside doors locked. Was told they were closed. They just stopped taking orders as the staff danced and messed around inside. App still let me place an online order as it is still listed as open. Staff getting paid to mess around. Someone should be fired"

"So I ordered a meal on the app and went to pick it up. When I arrived to the store there were a few cars in front of me who seem to have gotten their order taken. Still there was 1 car in front of me at the drive through. Mind you every light in the building is still on. The menu lights were still on. We sat for about 25-30 minutes until we all pretty much gave up. I pulled up to the window hoping i could get someone's attention to help with my refund. Instead a manager made direct eye contact with me. I waved my hand and smiled in hopes she would help me with my refund. ( I was a GM in fast food so I understand how frustrating it can be at times.) She proceeded to walk away from the window as if i wasnt there. I have tried to call to process my refund and of course no answer. This kind of behavior is childish, cowardly, and should not be allowed in a place of business. I will be calling tomorrow morning to file a complaint against the employee that completely ignored a PAYING CUSTOMER. Did not receive my order or my refund."

"The restaurant looks great and cozy on the inside . The food was very fresh as always and that makes for a great visit as usual . The crew was friendly and that makes for a warm visit . Thank you McDonald's once again ."
