"Went to get a chocolate shake and a strawberry shake with strawberries in both. After telling the girl at the window 3 times what I wanted got to the window and I ask if they had strawberries in them. Closed the window and made another one and and handed it to me. Got home and started to drink, had 3 chocolate shakes, 1 with strawberries and no strawberry shake. What the hell is wrong with people that can't get a simple order right."
"So good. We were on vacation from Florida and stopped here for a quick bite because we don’t have any Sonic’s down there. We had the soft pretzels which were so fresh and just amazing. The rest of our food was the same way- it was hot and you could tell it was just made. I liked that we could add different flavors and things to our sodas too. Service was very quick for all the food we ordered. Friendly staff as well. Thank you!"
"If I could rate the service lower, I would. I stopped by with my family. We waited 15 minutes with the lady telling us she'd be with us in a minute. That went on for another 10 minutes. I got my lunch, but my brother never did. My son's order was wrong. My husband gets the same thing every time we stop by Sonics, it wasnt very appealing. The lady was huffy and told my brother to check back in. He just told her that was OK, then we went to Taco Bell. We have been coming here for a long time and never had this kind of service. Not sure if we will be back."
"I should of known that the people Sonic employs aren't competent enough to make cheese sticks but I thought "they're $8 there's no way they'll mess that up". Wrong I was indeed. Not a single drop of cheese remains in these cheese sticks. I ordered through door dash and, of course, Sonic won't answer the phone. That concludes my dealings with all Sonic's across the board."
"First time I have been to a sonic in some time! Great food and service. Everything came out perfect. Hot and fast. Plenty of choices from chicken sandwiches to burgers and a chili cheese dog. Of course you always have to get the tater tots! The best part of sonic is all the slushee and milkshake flavors they have so go crazy! Always a calm atmosphere at any sonic I’ve been to. My favorite stop when I’m on a road trip. Love sonic!"
