"This is the first bad review I've written. I have given this specific Chipotle 3 chances, and every time I go there, always out of 3 or more items. Like today, out of steak, the beans are just a pile of soup where I was told they were out. The service isn't bad by any means the just management of items is terrible. And the place is dirty. It is worth the 30 minuet drive to go to the Chipotle in Bridgewater than the 5 minuet drive to the one in hamilton."
"They need better training. Kid taking order has panic attack melt down when he should be relaxing and making money. They weren't even busy. What's worse, the customer infront of me ordered what was left of the steak. So instead of requesting a new pan of steak knowing he didn't have enough, the genius tried giving me the 2 little pieces that was left in the pan and attempted to rush the other toppings on as if I wouldn't know or say anything. Wow. He knows that cost $15.."
"Just picked up two bowls from an online order. Everything was completely wrong. Of course nobody would be available to talk to on the phone and the app offered two free drinks. Wow thanks so much! I’ll never be back here again."
