The Casual Pint of Hamilton

"We had lunch today at Casual Pints we both had burgers which were very good. The was a woman sitting at the bar acting a little annoying but it’s a bar. My complaint is it was not handicap accessible. This may very well be the city of Hamilton’s responsibility. There was a way to access the walkway at the very end of Riverfront Plaza. The restaurant was a block down from the access. There was no handicap access at the other end of Riverfront. There is a private lot next door to Casual Pints but it is private. You can only enter through the gates where you will be charged. In rain, snow or cold weather that is quite a distance for a person to maneuver their handicap bike, chair or whatever. Even if the weather is ice it is still too far. Like I said it may be the city of Hamilton’s responsibility. I will also let them know."

"“The Pint” as my wife and I call it, is one of if, not our favorite places to go in Hamilton. The food is great. I highly recommend the burger specials, the Mac and cheese specials or even the sidewinder poutine. All fantastic. The menu is ever evolving and we love trying everything new that appears. As for the staff. The employees are some the best I’ve had the pleasure getting to know. They are all very friendly and super knowledgeable. Ryan is a standout. Please do yourself a favor and go in on an afternoon Ryan is working. If you’re interested in craft beer there aren’t many people I’ve met who can give you a better suggestion on what to try based off of your tastes. He will also give the rundown of where it’s from and how it’s made. On top of that the staff are all just good people to have a good conversation with. Do yourself a favor and check out this gem in the up and coming Hamilton!"

"Great place! Amazing atmosphere and friendly service, I couldn’t ask for a better place to grab a bite and drink some excellent beverages. Such a wide variety lets me explore my tastes which is super nice to experience. The bartender Ryan is great at what he does helping guide you through all the different flavors and aspects of every drink he offers to you when you’re feeling experimental or just unsure of what to try. I will without a doubt be coming back."

"This quickly has become one of my go to spots for an evening out with my wife. Staff are very friendly, the manager is a total rock star. The kitchen continues to put out good food and improve upon the menu. Always an eclectic assortment of beers on tap and the bar tenders know their stuff and how to help you find the best beer for you."

"Great service and atmosphere. We went to our lunch time and it was very fast and efficient service. They did not slack on the service nor the hospitality. Food was amazing. I got the taco salad with guacamole and my friend got a wrap. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of the food because it was so good by the time I remembered it was gone . It was all great service and food. Will 100% be returning."
