"Went Thru The Drive Thru Ordered Large Frie No Salt. I Was Charged $4.79 Fries Were Salted And Definitely Not A Large. I Called Nobody Had To Tell Me Their Name. So Not Only Was I Over Charged I Was Disrespected. And Told I Could Bring Their Mistake Back. Are They Going To Pay For My Gasoline?? A Large Fry Is Only $3.79 So Someone Their At A No Name Establishment, Needs To Be Paid More. Disrespected Disgusted And Beyond Angry. DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY WELCOME ESTABLISHMENT. "Sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes before it was answered. Ordered two coffees one with an extra shot of espresso. Used a coupon for a $1 coffee and this girl decided to charge me $4.17 for a $1.39 shot of espresso. Along with the dollar for the coffee itself. This place needs leveled. It will never change. Your offer of convenience has become more of an inconvenience and headache. Stop fixing it!!! Flatten it!!! Y'all messed up losing Audri. She at least worked."
"Absolutely the best FOOD from McDonald's I've had. All Mcdonalds have their problems. But you just know when you've found the one. Oxford used to do it for me. But this one. This one takes the trophy. And it's right around the corner from my house. I don't eat it very often. But when I do. I don't wanna go to a trashy mcdonalds that's gonna half way make Me something good. This mcdonalds cares about the food they are putting out."
"Would give negative stars for service if that were possible. We have never had such a negative experience with any McDonald’s or any fast food restaurant for that matter before. The young woman who “helped” my partner has the worst customer service I’ve ever heard of. We were also charged twice (two different amounts for the same order). Oh, and our food was cold. Will drive well out of our way from now on just to avoid this location. Abysmal. I will update the review if this can be resolved, we haven’t been contacted back by management or the McDonald’s app yet."
