Taco Bell

"I went through the drive thru around 1AM February 5th 2024 and had an unpleasant experience to say the least. The lady working window was extremely rude, gave me a very dirty look, very snappy with me and rude in general, the other fellow cooking the food had no clue what he was doing, both tacos were split down the middle in 2 pieces like it was done on purpose. The Mexican pizza was not even cut, and it had tomatoes which I asked for no tomato. It was like they didn’t want my business when I was trying to order, like they just want to sit in there and get paid hourly all night and do minimal work. Do better Taco Bell, maybe hire some employees that actually care about their job. I mean how hard can it be to make me a taco and not have the shell cracked in 2 pieces?? Keep in mind my buddy had also got tacos and his were cracked as well."

"I encountered an extremely rude staff on 12/30/23 at night. He was yelling at me and being sarcastic because I did not follow/know the protocol for picking up an order (it was my first time at Taco Bell) at the drive through window. He proceeded to slam the window at the end."

"So we pull up to the drive through with no one around us and the guy says give us 5 minutes please. 5 minutes turned into 20 and when he finally came back we told him our mobile order and we pulled up to the window. After another 10 minutes they give us a bag of food. This bag of food had a completely different order(keep in mind there was not a car in site) which confused us on how they messed it up that bad. Do better."

"Don’t get the rolled chicken tacos. They are empty. Customer service at this location is non existent. Nobody acknowledges you at all. And the wait time both times I’ve come here were long. They have kiosks but if you make eye contact with someone a simple hello should come easy. While I waited for my food I watched a different customer walk in and stand at the counter. 5 different employees looked right at him and kept walking. Never guided him to the kiosk or asked if he needed help. A good 8 minutes pass and he asks frustratedly if anyone is taking orders. Someone who “wasn’t on the clock” took his order. There are a decent amount of workers back there and they just opened. It’s not crazy busy. He shouldn’t have to stop someone to ask for help when multiple seen how long he was standing there waiting."

"I know it is just taco bell, but two orders of chips and both were just crushed crumbs. Tacos were crushed. Looks like they just stepped on the bag before handing it to me."
