"Placed a large group order today. Every single bowl was missing something or had something added to them. One bowl was missing completely & we didn’t realize until we were back to our office. Several food allergies/sensitivity to be aware of in my group & it was just a mess. Staff was not very kind either when we came to retrieve the order. I understand everywhere is short staffed at the moment, but it’s all right there in front of you on the screen…… not sure why that is so difficult. Will spend our money elsewhere next time."

"Stopped by for a quick healthy dinner during the week. It was late, but there was a constant flow of people dining in and ordering to-go meals. There were several staff members working the line so it moved quickly. It's a straight-forward, customizable bowl with your choice of a base (rice/noodles/salad), protein (chicken/tofu/beef), and various sauces. I opted for a pre-designed item, the Bibibop Fan Favorite. This is half of their purple rice and sweet potato noodles (glass noodles similar to Japchae), chicken, potatoes, carrots, cheese, corn, broccoli, and their yum yum sauce. Service was very prompt and polite. They were careful in making the bowl and were generous with the toppings. I'll definitely come back to try their other pre-designed bowls or ever customize one on my own. Their cauliflower rice sounded like a good option to reduce the carbs, but keep the same texture."

"The best place I ate at in Ohio. Very friendly workers. I had the fan favorite. Complimentary unlimited miso soup. Extra sauces are free. I can’t wait to eat here again next time I’m in Ohio."

"This place is incredible! The manager Greg came to our table and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Service is fast & the staff is very friendly. We ate inside, but people were seated out on the patio as well - plenty of room to eat with social distancing. Highly recommended."
