McDonald's

"Went to the counter and no one would recognize we wanted personal service. After standing there and being ignored we just left and went elsewhere to eat. Their restaurants are set up for drive through only, you know, where you order what you want and take what you get. All the workers have their backs turned to inside orders and it's not just this restaurant, it's all of them. P.S. I will not use those impersonal kiosks and in the future I will not even consider McDonalds as a choice for a meal."

"Just left there! One of my sandwiches wasn't wrapped up in wrapper. French fries put in bag upside-down. No lids for shake,put small cup inside a large one, & it spilled down the front of me. One of the worst McDonald's out there!"

"they are understaffed and underpaid- tonight i went there, it was two teenage girls, by themselves working the dinner rush. i felt horrible. the food was cold by the time i got it. it's not their fault and the team and customers probably deserve better."

"This one is a tough one, mainly because it's rarely the same crew in the mornings. However, when it's this crew, I know what to expect usually. When I go through I usually get the same thing or a variation of the same thing, but not this morning. I felt like getting something better for being up and on my way to work an hour earlier than usual. I pull up and the second I'm greeted with "What can I get you?" in a very "I don't want to be doing this" voice, I already know I'm in for an unpleasant surprise. I can deal with a burnt muffin. I can deal with a biscuit sandwich being smashed. However, I can't fathom what went through these people's heads even they did this for biscuits and gravy (see photo). Forget the domed bottom container with next to go gravy in it. How in the hell am I supposed to mix these together to eat!? I'm going to work. I don't keep plates and bowls in my car or at work. There was no warning, no explanation as to why it came like this, and no concern. This was an absolute joke of an experience. They get paid more, we pay more to pay them more, and this is what we get for it? This location is just getting worse and worse."

"Consistently disappointed when I come here. It seems like there is always a wait, even if there are only a couple cars in line and if there is a long line like today, you can wait forever. On my last visit my chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting out all day (they might have been) and the time before, my crispy chicken was served on what tasted like a two-year-old bun. The staff that delivered my food was both cheerful and friendly tho."
