"I've been here 3 separate times to pick up a mobile order that included a baked potato only to find out each time that they don't have any. Get some potatoes or take them off the menu"
"Never open on time and always closes early. The management is terrible. I’ve seen an employee wait an hour in the parking lot for the manager to show up in the mornings. I’ve also seen them close an hour early and everyone was just sitting in the dining room. Don’t plan on getting a mobile order here because they might not even be open when you arrive. On one visit, over an hour after they were supposed to open, I heard the employees over the drive thru speaker making fun of me for waiting for my order. Worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had, I wish I could give negative stars. Management should be fired!"
"The service here was so horrendously bad this morning, I kept waiting for a camera crew to jump out and tell me I was being punked. The last few times I've been here it's been a disservice to my day. The two cashiers are just flat out rude from the start. This location clearly suffers from a lack of leadership. Either that or Wendys Corp has changed their mission statement to, "The Customer's Always the Enemy." This morning the cashier shorted my order, threw my food into my car, and said "here". I did not get a straw and I did not get my receipt. It's my own fault for presuming I could get just below average customer service at a fast food drive-thru. I should have known to expect awful. The owner of this franchise undeniably doesn't care about quality of service when this issue has been going on at this location for well over a year. This cannot be allowed to continue. These garbage businesses are swiftly lowering the bar for what is acceptable."
"I get that it’s fast paced, but can they put the fries in the bag right side up? I actually think it was the manager at the delivery window and on the intercom. She was quite rude. Of course I didn’t get a receipt, so I can’t fill out the survey. I can’t wait until robots replace these non essential workers."
